The Economic Development Housing Authority (EDHA) is a multi-faceted community development agency for the City of East Grand Forks.

The City has always been very actively involved with projects that assisted business and industry in shaping our community. Under the leadership of the EDHA Board, Mayor, and City Council, our office continues with that mission.

Programs
To complement our business and industry programs, we also offer several programs to encourage residential new construction. The New Construction Incentive Program, the New Construction Tax Rebate Program, and the New Construction Landscaping Grant are all examples of the City’s eagerness to enhance community growth and quality of life.
