Due to impending weather conditions expected to affect safe travels in our region, the walk-in COVID Vaccine Clinic that was scheduled for Friday, Jan 14 is postponed. We will post the new date when we have it available.

- SpeciaLysts Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine (MDH) and SpeciaLysts Pfizer COVID-19 Pediatric Vaccine available
- Serving anyone age 5 and up
- Walmart gift card provided to everyone 5yr and above, up to $50, who receives a COVID vaccination first dose, second dose, or booster.
- Remember to bring your vaccination card if this is your second or booster shot.
